    Quality Assurance Process

     

    We believe that what sets us apart from competitors is the intensity with which we pursue quality. We take extra, precise measures to ensure we deliver only the best products and follow a strict quality assurance process.

     

    Products from Emerging Markets that are bound for sensitive industries are tested prior to shipping. Test results are then verified by our Quality Team and only shipped once approved. On arrival in South Africa, another sample of each batch is tested by a SANAS accredited laboratory, by Chemtech (the Omnia group laboratory in Sasolburg). Once results are verified the products are released for sale. Bulk products are tested at our in-house laboratories prior to offloading and after packing.

     

    We work with top, leading suppliers and have a stringent on-boarding process. Local and international supplier audits are conducted annually.
