Protea Chemicals and ION Exchange Safic (Pty) Ltd sign Memorandum of Agreement

Protea Chemicals and Ion Exchange Safic (Pty) Ltd have signed a Memorandum of Agreement to bolster Protea Chemicals’ Water Care solutions through Ion Exchange Safic’s technologies, equipment, treatment programmes and services in Southern Africa, leveraging Protea Chemicals’ network of customers. This agreement will establish both Protea Chemicals and Ion Exchange Safic as key players in the African continent through their total water management solutions.
Raw water, wastewater, process and effluent water, utility and sewage treatment programmes have gone beyond chemicals focusing on reduction, recycling and reuse, highlighting the importance of Protea Chemicals’ partnership with an established technology partner like Ion Exchange Safic to elevate its offering of total water management. The partnership would also make available to customers, clean and safe drinking (potable) water, which is critical to human life and economic activities.
